We will retain and use your personal data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies. We do not guarantee we will maintain indefinite records. Arctyx Creative Studios will make best efforts to store your data on the Services in a secure operating environment accessible only to our operating offices or any other places where the parties involved in processing are located. Arctyx Creative Studios maintains that it cannot guarantee the absolute security of that information during its transmission or storage on our systems.

Children
